I’m Stephanie Scheirlynck, a sports nutrition expert with nearly 20 years of experience helping athletes fuel smarter, recover faster, and perform at their best. My approach combines evidence-based science with practical strategies that work in real life. Whether you’re an elite professional or a dedicated amateur. I’ve had the privilege of working with some of the world’s top athletes, including two-time Olympic champion Nafi Thiam, cycling legend Greg Van Avermaet, and the Lidl-Trek World Tour cycling teams, as well as Team Belgium (BOIC) and RSC Anderlecht. As a certified dietitian and author of several sports cookbooks, my mission is to make high-level sports nutrition accessible to everyone.
