I’m Stephanie Scheirlynck, a sports nutrition expert with nearly 20 years of experience helping athletes fuel smarter, recover faster, and perform at their best. I’ve had the privilege of working with some of the world’s top athletes, including two-time Olympic champion Nafi Thiam, cycling legend Greg Van Avermaet, and the Lidl-Trek World Tour cycling teams, as well as Team Belgium (BOIC) and RSC Anderlecht. As a certified dietitian and author of several sports cookbooks, my mission is to make high-level sports nutrition accessible to everyone.
